This has a wide range of NHS-approved self-care advice and the option to complete an e-Consult questionnaire which will be reviewed by one of our GPs. You can also use e-Consult to request a Fit Note (medical certificate) or to ask your doctor a question about your medication or what to do if your symptoms have returned.
